Samuels Dental Arts for Dummies

This is the pain which my wife Wendy has had to endure due to a filling that she obtained at Samuels Dental Arts in Gettysburg, Pa.. She started experiencing pain right after the filling, and moved back To Dr. Berger In Samuels Dental Arts many times, but was advised that"It needs to repay", or"The pain will go away as soon as the tooth above it receives pulled". Nevertheless, it didn't.

When Wendy told Dr. Berger that the meeting was causing her pain, She was snippily told,"I stand by my job, there is not anything wrong with the filling". Dr. Berger wouldn't even take a follow up x-ray to verify her work.

The pain eventually advanced to constant and excruciating and we moved to another dentist.

Last night Wendy underwent a root canal to remove the filling and fix the damage.

We contacted Samuels Dental Arts and asked them to reimburse us for the money we spent fixing their mistake. They flat out denied.

I've never aired my Samuels Dental Arts grievances on Facebook before, but seeing my wife have to bear the pain she went though because a dentist wouldn't take a simple x-ray to verify her work warrants my rage.

What kind of dentist would rather find a patient go through excruciating pain, than acknowledge that they might have made a mistake and correct it?

I submitted this video into the Samuels Dental Arts Facebook page, so the can view Wendy's pain.

Wendy was trying for the last week to get her documents sent to her to give to her dentist. She calls daily to see whether they have been delivered only to be informed by the Office Manager, Paula, she wants to confer with Dr. Samuels relating to it.

Wendy was told several times by Paula, that"by legislation, they have 2 weeks to ship out them".

So when you've got a patient who has been in pain for 8 months, and is currenty at excrutiaing pain and is attempting to find some relief from it, your office is simply likely to do the minimum quantity for her that's required by law? Incredible!
